On May 23, 2007 , The New York State Police, at Binghamton, NY arrested GEOFFREY A. KEEFE, Dob: 02/21/79, of 81 Cayuga Dr., Lisle, NY, for Unlawful Surveillance in the Second Degree. The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations, Binghamton, NY, in which KEEFE was determined to have made video recordings of juvenile girls by covertly placing a concealed video camera under their skirts. The incidents occurred at the Oakdale mall in Johnson City, NY, within the past two years and involved Keefe following these unsuspecting victims around the Mall for extended periods of time as he continuously attempted to obtain as much video footage as he possibly could. KEEFE had been arrested by the Vestal Police Department for a similar incident in April of this year. A search warrant was executed at his residence resulting in the seizure of some other pornographic material.

GEOFFREY A. KEEFE was arraigned before the Town of Union Justice in Town Court, and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail, pending Grand Jury Action.
