Pam Brock said she came to the Harris house to babysit on September 12th.
That was the day after Michele disappeared.
She testified Cal never asked if Michele had contacted her and that he never told her what to do if Michele came home.
When the defense questioned Brock she said that Michele would often visit her boyfriend's, and basically told Brock to cover for her so Cal wouldn't know she was at her boyfriends.
Before Brock even came into the courtroom,.
She was going to have testify about a conversation she had with Cal and the four children when they went out to dinner the night of the 12th.
Brock was also going to testify she heard one of the kids say he heard Cal get up in the middle of the night, but this was eventually ruled as hearsay and would not be allowed.
The next witness called to the stand was Bradley Brown, a forensic scientist who often works with state police.
Brown pointed out a number of stains found in the Harris home tested positive for human blood.
46 year old Cal Harris is accused of killing his wife, Michele back in 2001.
The two were in the process of going through a divorce.
Michele's body has never been found.
