Catholic Charities holds a cookout fund-raiser in Vestal.

Sam's Club hosted the group in front of their Vestal Store this weekend.

Volunteers were grilling hot dogs and hamburgers.

They also had a small bake sale.

Catholic Charities says all of the money raised will go toward its Retired Senior Volunteer Program or R-S-V-P, and its residential services division.

Organizers didn't have a fund-raising goal.

They say they will be happy with however much people are willing to give.

Sam's Club managers say they will match all of the funds raised at the cookout.

The store will host cookouts for nonprofit organizations throughout the summer.
