Athens, PA (WBNG Binghamton) massive narcotic bust leads to the arrest of four people in Bradford County.
It comes after an undercover investigation by the Bradford County Drug Task force.
During the bust, investigators found heroin, cocaine, marijuana and prescription drugs.
Police say with the suspects coming from both sides of the state border, Pennsylvania is doing its part to turn up the heat on drug traffickers.
"We believe a lot of pressure is being put on the individuals in New York through their offensive tactics up there through their police agencies and its pushing the dealers down this way. They feel they are more comfortable, more at ease down here, but we are trying to show them that this is not the case," said Athens Police Chief Larry Hurley.
Three suspects are out on bail, one is being held in the Bradford County Jail.
The task force has warrants for 13 more people, who they hope to have in custody before the end of the year..
Officials say with the holidays it may be hard to track them all down.
