The board that oversees the plant didn't spend as much as expected last year, so it's sending back cash in one-time payments.

1.3 million dollars worth. The Village of Johnson City is getting nearly 580 thousand.

Kirkwood is getting 163 thousand.

The Town of Dickinson can expect a check for 68 thousand.
Vestal, 42 thousand.

The Town of Union will be getting 36 thousand.

The Town of Binghamton will get 22 thousand dollars.

Port Dickinson, 83 hundred.

Both Conklin and fenton, more than 3 thousand.

Checks should be mailed this week.

It'll be up to the local governments on what to do with the money.

The City of Binghamton is not getting a check, but it's payment to the sewage plant will be lowered by nearly 400 thousand dollars.

Again, this is because the sewage treatment plant didn't spend as much as expected last year.
