Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) 22 year old Sanel Softic of Binghamton and 25 year old Edin Dzubur of Johnson City face two years in State Prison and one and a half years in post release supervision.

In May of 2008, the pair and another suspect beat B-U student Bryan Steinhauer at the Rathskeller bar in Binghamton.

The third defendant, Miladin Kovacevic, a B-U basketball player at that time, fled to his native Serbia.

Serbia reached a deal with the US and Steinhauer's family to try Kovacevic there.
