Tuesday night, the developer presented updated plans to the Village Planning Board.

It's proposing to build a retail plaza featuring a Wal-Mart Super Center, and at least one other store.

It would be built on vacant land off CFJ Boulevard.

The eastern most part of the property borders Binghamton.

Some people who live and work there say they're concerned with traffic, noise and drainage.

"My neighbor has been flooded in her basement. I've almost been flooded and my concern is where this water is going to drain," says Jerry Motsavage of Binghamton.

A traffic, storm water, and environmental study have yet to be completed.

Also, we learned there will only be one entrance to the Wal-Mart.

It'll be, at the corner of Pavilion and Gannett Drive, which is just behind the Press and Sun Bulletin printing building.

The developer will meet with the Planning Board again on July.
