Carnevale Sentenced For Murder

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A Broome County judge sentences a man who killed woman during a home invasion robbery.

Anthony Carnevale previously plead guilty to murder and attempted murder.

The court sentenced him Wednesday to serve 25 years to life in prison.

A year ago, Carnevale forced his way into the home of Ethan Button on Kent Street in Windsor.

State Police say he planned to steal prescription drugs.

Button's cousin, 39 year old Jean Clark, was also in the home.

During a struggle, Carnevale fired at Button and Clark, and Clark died.

Carnevale's wife, Ashely, was with him and is also charged in the case.
