Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A man wanted for murder in New York City is found hiding out in Broome County.
A US Marshals Fugitive Task Force apprehended 24 year-old Ikee Hale in a third floor apartment at 50 Farr Avenue in Johnson City Wednesday morning.
The Broome County Sheriff's Office says information was received that Hale was in the area.
Sheriff's Detectives say Hale was wanted for shooting and killing a man in Brooklyn in early December.
It's unknown how long he was hiding out in the Johnson City area.
He was taken into custody without incident.
Johnson City Police assisted in the case.
