One victim is out of the hospital this afternoon after a hit and run crash.
The man is one of two victims hit by the same man in two separate incidents.
Binghamton police say the first hit and run happened just before 7 last night on the City's Southside..

A 2007 Honda driven by 35-year-old {joseph-us} Josephus Long Junior hit another vehicle on Felters Road and Dewey Avenue.

Long fled the scene, then hit another vehicle here on Iva Avenue, where the owner of the previous vehicle caught up to him.
Long took off again, hitting a pedestrian, Izzidhar Noori of Binghamton.

Then, as Long fled that scene, Police say he hit yet another pedestrian, Brian McAlister, on Tompkins Street.

Binghamton Police arrested Long and issued 5 traffic tickets, including leaving the scene of an accident. Noori was treated and released from Binghamton General.
McAlister is being treated at Wilson, where his condition is unavailable.
