The stone memorial and 4 crosses representing Laurie, Kristie, Kenny and Alicia Ray were removed.

The mother and children died when their house burned down on this same Front Street property last year.

Her husband Michael and one daughter, Courtney, survived.

On Tuesday, a man claiming to be related to Michael Ray told Action News the cement wasn't properly laid down and they are refurbishing the park.

Ray has also closed his L&M gift shop here in Johnson City.

Michael Ray was arrested in March, charged with rape in Binghamton.

The case is being handled in Broome County court.
