Broome County: State of Emergency lifted as of 5:00 AM Friday.
County offices open at 10:00 AM Friday.
County Court closed, all other operations open.
East Maine Road has reopened.

Chenango County: State of Emergency in effect as of 8:40 AM Friday.
County Roads reopened at 8:00 AM Friday.
Travel advisory in effect until 12:00 PM Friday.

Village of Waverly: Snow Emergency in effect as of 9:00 AM Friday.
Whenever such an emergency exists, it shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle on any street, avenue, or roadway in the Village of Waverly.
