Broome County man is accused of committing criminal sexual acts while he worked at a home for disabled adults.
It happened on two separate dates, while Youngstrom was working at the facility.
Police say the Broome Developmental Center contacted them about some allegations against Youngstrom, and he was arrested a week later.
According to state law, a criminal sexual act is defined as sexual conduct with a person who's incapable of consent because of a mental disability or incapacitation.
