A Rite-Aid in Vestal is temporarily closed after an armed robbery.

It happened around 3:30 pm here at the Rite-Aid in Campus Plaza.

Vestal police say the suspect displayed a black hand gun and demanded adderall.

He then fled on foot across the Vestal parkway.

Police describe the suspect as being an Asian or black male with black hair in his 20's, about 5'7" with a thin build.

He was wearing black sunglasses and a black hooded sweatshirt at the time.

Officers were scouring the immediate area Sunday afternoon, looking for the man responsible.
