Bail has been set for the 3rd man who police say is involved in the case of the missing Otsego County man who ended up dead.
The Chenango County District attorneys office says bail for 46 year old James Bush of Norwich has been set at 100-thousand dollars cash or bond.
Bush is the man the Chenango County Sheriff's office believes drove Joshua Richheimer to the Sherburne home of Richard Reynolds.
Reynolds admitted to killing Richheimer, but he says he shot him in self defense when he broke into his home on the night of July 24th.
Richheimers body was found buried across the road from Reynolds home.
The Sheriff's office believes Bush drove Richheimer to Reynolds home with the intent to steal money and drugs.
