Cortland, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Two men from Cortland are charged with rape.
Cortland Police arrested 20-year old Eric Rivera and 22 year old Ervis Glynn Wednesday after two 19-year old females reported they had been sexually assaulted.
It allegedly happened at 63 Lincoln Avenue in the downstairs apartment earlier that evening.
Police say the two victims were visiting, given alcohol and forced to have sexual contact with Rivera and Glynn.
Both are charged with one count of Rape in the First Degree.
They are in police custody awaiting arraignment in Cortland City Court.
