Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A landlord is in hot water again over a property in poor conditions.
A code inspector for the City of Binghamton visited a building on 12 Wilson Street.
The city says it's owned by Sedlacek Live Trust.
The same owner of previously cited 3 Matis Street in Binghamton and 78 Main Street in Johnson City.
The City says Sedlacek is aware of the issues, and working to resolve them.
Broome County's Real Property Tax Services says Sedlacek owns 17 properties in the County.
