A man could face the death penalty for brutally killing his parents, and brother.

The Bradford County District Attorney is leaving the option open.

31 year-old Steven Colegrove was arraigned on 12 charges in Bradford County Court, in Towanda.

DA Stephen Downs submitted a notice of aggravated circumstance.

That means he reserves the right to seek the death penalty if Colegrove is Convicted.

This is video of Colegrove last month.

He's accused of killing his parents, Joseph and Marlene, and brother Michael.

They were found shot to death in their home on August 8th.

Colgrove is facing charges of homicide and 1st degree murder.
