There is nothing little fingers like to do more than explore the world around them! Hands-on activities and exciting science demonstrations are designed to challenge young minds, stimulate their senses and make learning fun.
(Note: Tot Time at The Discovery Center is cancelled any day Binghamton City School District has a scheduled day off.)
