Chapter 339 of the National Active & Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) will meet September 20, 2012, at Thirsty’s. A buffet lunch of Chicken ‘n Biscuits will be served at 12:00 noon for $8.50. A representative from Binghamton University will be the guest speaker. All working and retired Federal Employees are invited to attend.
