Milford Education Foundation and Booster Club's 4th Annual March Madness.

Games begin at 1 p.m. Saturday March 9th, 2013

Located in the Anton Remy Jr. Gymnasium at Milford Central School
Double Elimination

Teams MUST register with 3 players per team, maximum of 4 players per team!

Each team must submit an entry form prior to March 1st for early registration.
Player waiver forms must be completed by each player.
If 17 years of age or under, a waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian and player and submitted the day of the tournament. No exceptions. Cost is $10 per player, due with forms and waivers the day of the tournament. Do not send cash through the mail. Payment (cash or check) will be accepted the day of the tournament. Checks can be made out to the Milford Education Foundation. Registration for the tournament will close at 12:30 p.m. on March 9th.

Co-ed Division Brackets ( must be at least one of each gender on team):

5th-6th grades
7th-9th grades
10-12th grades
adults

Skilled players may play up to the next level, but higher-grade levels may not play down.

Send a message with your team members' name and age bracket. Remember to download your waiver forms and bring it with your fee on March 9th.
