Senior Scams…What Caregivers Need to Know
An Education Program for Family Caregivers
“Senior Scams…What Caregivers Need to Know”, will be presented Wednesday, March 13 from 1:30–3:00 PM at the Broome County Public Library, 185 Court Street, Binghamton.
Assistant Attorney General Mike Danaher will review various types of scams, how scam artists can be stopped before they strike, what an older person’s rights are under state law and steps that can be taken to better protect your loved one. Mike will also make available copies of the booklet, “Senior Scams”, a publication of the Attorney General’s office.
Pre-registration is recommended, as space is limited. Please call Caregiver Services at 778-2411 to reserve your seat.
