Michael Lovegreen, District Manager of Pennsylvania's radford County Conservation district since 1980 & current Chair of the Bradford County Gas Exploration Advisory Committee, will present on the impacts of shale gas development in his community.Bradford County is currently the most developed county in Pennsylvania's Marcellus natural gas play with over 2,700 wells permitted. Mr Lovegreen will provide an overview of the industry development in Bradford, the experiences of residents and what we may expect if drilling were to come to Central New York.
