Volunteers Improving Neighborhood Environments (VINES) is excited to announce its Second Annual Spring Fundraiser on Monday, April 28, 2014, which includes both dinner and an after-party with live band! Tickets are available on our website (www.vinesgardens.org) and at RiverRead Books (5 Court St) and Laveggio Roasteria (101 Court St) in downtown Binghamton. See below for more event details, and thanks for your support as we work together to build a sustainable and just community food system.
The local food dinner will be hosted once again by Remlik’s Grille and Oyster Bar, 31 Lewis St, Binghamton. Doors will open at 5:00pm and a buffet style dinner will be served at 6:15pm (G/F, vegans and carnivores will all be accommodated!). Browse the silent auction and bid on some fantastic items! During the evening, guests will have the opportunity to speak with VINES staff and board members and hear a short presentation on VINES’ accomplishments over the past 7 years.
The fun does not stop after dinner! Hosted by our friends at the Lost Dog Café and Lounge (222 Water St, Binghamton), there will be an after-party featuring Thousands Of One, a funk/soul/hip-hip talent from Ithaca! Doors open at 8:00pm, music begins at 9:00pm-10:45.
Dinner Only at Remlik’s: $50/person or $90/pair.
After Party: Sliding scale/pay what you can minimum of $10.00. We hope you will be generous if you can afford to. We want to include as many people as possible but also need to raise funds at the end of the day!
