Join us Wednesday, September 3, for First Wednesday Workouts! This session will start with a health and wellness presentation by Tracy Rickard from Tracy's Total Wellness. The topic she will be speaking on is "Safe & Effective Ways to Cleanse & Detox." Following Tracy's presentation, Instructors from Inspire Fitness will be leading a bootcamp style workout with focus on cardio and strength. This workout is free and is suitable for all ages. This session will go from 5:30-6:30PM at the Vestal Coal House.
