1. WBNG-TV is doing a Bricks 4 Kidz Birthday Wishes giveaway, March 1 – May 31, 2013. No purchase necessary.

2. The contest is open to residents to the United States. Employees and associates (and their family members) of WBNG-TV and Binghamon CW are not eligible.

3. To register to participate, viewers will need to submit their Birthday Wishes photo to Action News. Winners need to submit a photo in order to be eligible for the contest. Any other type of submission is in-eligible. Winner will be picked by random by WBNG at the end of each month (March – May 2013). One winner per month will be chosen by random draw.

4. Each winner will receive a $25 gift certificate from Bricks 4 Kidz. All entries must be received between March 1, 2013 and May 31, 2013 12N. Only one winner per household.

5. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.

6. Winners are also responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. They must provide their legal name, address, zip code and telephone number. Winners are solely responsible for all additional costs and risks of said prize.

7. This contest is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local Laws apply.
