Thanks to your help, Binghamton police were able to successfully solve another crime stoppers case.

On May 19th, we told you about this man, 25 year old Nicholas Maloney.

He was accused of climbing on a railing and stealing 6 cartons of Marlboro cigarettes from the CVS on Main Street.

Thanks to your tips, police were able to arrest Maloney.

He's now charged with petit larceny.
