In this weeks Crime Stopper's Report, Binghamton Police need your help finding a man wanted for arrest.
Police say 47 year old David Swint has 2 outstanding warrants for his arrest.
He has a Felony Arrest Warrant out of City Court for Violation of the State Sex Offender Registry.
This is his second offense.
Swint also has an active warrant for Violation of Probation.
He is described as a black male, 157 pounds and 5 feet 6 inches tall.
He has short black hair, brown eyes and possibly a goatee.
Swint's last known address is 19 Thorp St. Apt 2 in the City of Binghamton.
He has ties to the Johnson City area but might also be in New York City.

A reward of up to 1-thousand dollars is being offered for any information which leads to an arrest and indictment of the suspect in this case.
