"3 2 1 Boards up!"
Miss Michele Greco is an animated person with a lot of of spunk.
And her third grade students love her.
"I like what she does and stuff she's really nice." says Brooke Warpus, one of the students who nominated the teacher.

Brooke nominated her teacher because Miss Greco has helped her grow this school year.
Greco says "Thats why I'm here everyday really. This job is not about me its all about the kids. Its a learning process and I'm here to help them grow."
One of Brooke's favorite parts of class... The morning meetings.
These kids greet each other in different languages.
Miss Greco says it helps the students form a sense of community.
Brooke says "we dance on the floor and the one where she made us say good morning, good morning in Japanese."
"If I don't have the energy how are they gonna feel good about learning. My enthusiasm, and my passion for reading for writing, whatever it may be, if I don't bring that with me, I can't imagine having to sit there and listen to someone that doesn't have that." says Greco
Another reason these kids love their teacher... playtime!
Racheal Greaves says "sometimes after a test we get like 30 minutes of playtime. Bbecause sometimes after a test I'm really frus, um frustrated and sometimes I don't know the answers so I get kind like "uh oh."
Miss Greco also brings her theatre background into the classroom to make learning fun."

Greco says "Theres always a little bit of singing going on, math times we always, I make up songs right off the top of my heads usually."
