(WBNG Binghamton) Get Fit gives examples of how to strengthen and flatten your core.
The first exercise is the squat, where you push your hips straight back, bend the knees and come up.
The second exercise is the dead lift, where you pick something up from the ground. It's similar to the squat, where the hips are pushed behind you.
The last exercise is the plank, which targets the abdominal muscles.
