Get Fit: 'Do This, Eat That'

(WBNG Binghamton) Anthony Campo of Riverwalk Athletic Club introduces his new book to show the best ways to burn fat in relation to you're eating.

The book, "Do This, Eat That," pairs types of exercises to your diet, in with a goal of burning the most fat.

Riverwalk Athletic Club will also host a seminar on Saturday, March 22 at 12 p.m. on Anthony Campo and Kristina Martemucci's book.

The seminar is free to members of Riverwalk Athletic Club, and $15 for non-members.
