(WBNG Binghamton) Tim Strnatka showed his fitness routine that prepping him for the Tough Mudder event.

Patrick Wastler, a trainer at Riverwalk Athletic Club, has been helping Tim get ready by having him do a super-set. Tim must lift weights to improve his strength training, while also doing cardio.

The first exercise is the rear lunge with overhead press. Tim must lift a weight with one arm and take a step back with him opposite leg.

Then Tim must complete a pulley movement with the weight while kneeling on a bench.

The super-set exercises saves time in the gym by and also gets more work done. The heart rate is up and fat is burned more quickly.
