February is American Heart Month making it the perfect time to take control and manage your risk for heart disease. Marking its 7-year anniversary, Weis Healthy Heart program will deliver weekly newscast segments during the 6 PM news, plus nutrition tips right in the grocery aisles that highlight practical strategies to help you live a heart-healthy life.
