Target stores sold "Cars" movie themed backpacks.
They came with 4 magnetic car and disc game pieces.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the pieces can fall out of the plastic enclosure, posing a danger to young children.
Swallowing magnets could cause serious, even fatal intestinal problems.
The backpacks were sold from February through September of this year.
The importer will replace the recalled game pieces with a "Cars" wallet or similar toy.
