The Consumer Product Safety Commission found problems with "Baby Town" Pacifiers.
The shield and ventilation holes are too small.
The pacifier could not be easily removed if lodged in a child's mouth.
Also, the package does not contain important safety information.
The pacifiers were sold in 4-packs at Dollar Stores from March 2004 through last month.
The model number is 39864.
Throw them away or return for a refund.
