JAKKS Pacific is recalling Spa Factory Aromatherapy Fountain & Bath Benefits Kits.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the caps on jars of Bath Bombs/Balls or Bath Fizzies can blow off.
It's due to pressure buildup from carbon dioxide.
There's a risk of injuries from projectiles and citric acid which can burn the eyes.
These are toy kits sold at stores like Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, Target from August 2008 through January 2009.
Item numbers under recall are 37836, 37908, 37837,54892, 54857.
