Britax is recalling it's single umbrella strollers.
The stroller's hinges can cut a child when a parent unfolds or opens the stroller.
The recalled "Blink" strollers have model numbers U261813 through 17 , U271813, U271815 and U271817.
They were sold at retailers nationwide from January 2009 through February of this year.
