Graco Children's Products is recalling more than 1 million Graco Harmony High Chairs.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the screws holding the front legs can loosen or fall out.

The plastic bracket on the rear legs can crack.

The chairs can become unstable and tip.

There have been two dozen reports of baby injuries including bumps, bruises and cuts.

Graco manufactured the Harmony high chair from November 2003 through December 2009.

They were sold at national retailers like Burlington Coat Factory, Babies R Us, Target, Walmart and Sears.
