Hammary Furniture is recalling Decorative Wood Chests and Tables.
They were sold at department and furniture retails stores from November 2001 through November 2009.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the surface paint could contain excessive levels of lead.
It would violate federal standards designed to protect children from lead poisoning.
The recall involves several decorative wooden chests and tables.
Keep children away from the furniture or remove.
