Michael's stores carried 20" glass vases made by the Gerson Company.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the vases can break or fracture easily, posing a risk of cuts or serious lacerations.
They were sold at Michael's stores from July 2006 through last March.
The SKU# 405334 is printed on a label at the bottom of the vase.
