(WBNG Binghamton) Hunter Safety System is recalling its 2010 model year Ultra-Lite Carabiners.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the pins can detach and climbing strap can break free.
It could result in fall.
The 2010 HSS Ultra-Lite and HSS-300 Ultra-Lite full body climbing safety harness were sold from June through September of this year.
The recalled model number CB20101 is stamped on the side.
