Lakeshore Learning Materials is recalling its Feels Real Baby Dolls.
The fingers and toes of the dolls can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
They are 14-inches tall with moveable arms, legs and head.
Two tags can be found on the inside of the diaper; one says "lakeshore" and the other carries the number 550200.
There are about 3,900 dolls being recalled in the U.S.
Parents should take these dolls away from children and contact the company for a free replacement.
