(WBNG Binghamton) Evenflo is recalling about 35,000 of its convertible high chairs.

The company says the activity tray on the high chair can unexpectedly detach, an unrestrained child could fall out.

The chairs were sold at Toys "R" Us and Walmart stores nationwide, and on a few online retailers for about $40.

Evenflo says to owners can contect them for a replacement tray with installation and use instructions.
