The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports small magnets can fall out of the pieces.

If swallowed, the magnets can connect inside the body and cause intestinal damage or blockages that can be fatal.

The sets were sold from 2005 to 2007 at various retail stores.

The item numbers BB1502H or BB1431H can be found on a hang tag attached to the set.
