Michaels Stores is recalling Seasonal Writing Pens.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the surface coating contains high levels of lead.

Lead is toxic in young children.

The pens were sold individually or in sets the include Flower, Christmas, Easter and Spooky Writers.

They were sold at Michaels Stores from August 2007 through March 2008.

Return the pens to Michaels stores for a refund.
