Wal-Mart is recalling "Hip Charm" Key Chains.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the charms contain high levels of lead.

Exposure to lead can be toxic in young children.

The key chain has a button, clover, leaf, heart and sand dollar charms.

It was sold from April 2005 through April 2008 at Wal-Mart Stores.

The UPC code on the package is #31568 11017.

Return the key chain for a full refund.
