Samsung is recalling Jitterbug Cell Phones

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says if the phone displays an "out of range, try again later" message, it may not make any connection when dialing 9-1-1.

The recall affects Jitterbug cell phones model numbers SPH-a110 and SPH-a120.

They were sold from March 2008 to May 2009

Samsung will schedule a free software upgrade to fix the problem.

Contact the company at 1-866-304-4980 or visit the website www.samsung.com.
