Wegmans Red Potato & Dill Salad

2 1/2 lbs Food You Feel Good About Red Potatoes, skin-on, 3/4-inch dice
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1 bunch green onions, trimmed, thinly sliced
1 cup Wegmans Plain Greek Yogurt
3 1/2 Tbsp Wegmans Dijon Whole Grain Mustard
2 tsp Italian Classics Hot Pepper Spread
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Add potatoes and enough cold water to cover stockpot. Simmer on MED about 20 min (don't boil), until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain.

2. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet. Cool 10 min.

3. Combine potatoes, dill, onion, yogurt, mustard, and hot pepper spread in large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
