I use this philosophy in my training. The goals you set are your goals. You are the only one who can accomplish them. If you are willing to work hard and put forth the effort, I will teach you the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals, and to help you make fitness a lifestyle.
After having my son in 1995, I struggled to get my weight under control. When I wasn't getting the results I wanted on my own, I hired a personal trainer. I was amazed at the difference having a personal trainer made in my ability to reach my goals. I realized then that I wanted to help other people reach their fitness goals. That's what inspired me to become a personal trainer. In 2007 I decided to begin serious weight training and in 2009, I set a new goal. I entered my first figure competition, where I took 1st place. I have competed in six competitions and hold three 1st place titles. I earned my pro figure card at my last competition in Brick, NJ in 2011. In 2009 I was asked to be assistant strength training coach for the Syracuse Stars, Jr. "A" hockey team. I train the athletes both on and off the ice. I work one on one with each player to improve strength, endurance, and weight management. I am now bringing my fitness knowledge to clients as a personal trainer. I look forward to working with and helping you meet your individual fitness goals.
