Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Binghamton Mayor Rich David announced a public meeting regarding Town & Country Apartments. It will take place this Thursday.

The meeting to address the concerns of residents of the complex will take place at 6:00 p.m. It will be held at the Centenary-Chenango Street United Methodist Church, located at 438 Chenango St.

The mayor will be joined by Police Chief Joseph Zikuski and other city officials.

The owner of the complex, Jesse Bailey, held a meeting at the same church with tenants Monday night.

The city said it heard from Bailey's attorney, who says Bailey will not meet with city leaders in person. Instead, his attorney will handle all discussions regarding what the city wants to do at the complex to address safety and security.
